How to purchase your gown using URB Pay: Find your dream gown and add it to your cart
- Select URB Pay as your preferred payment method
- Pay over 4 or 6 interest-free monthly installments. The first payment is taken when your order is placed
- The remaining payments are automatically taken monthly as we create your gown (4 or 6 months, depending on the gown purchased)
- When your final payment has been received, our team will be in touch to arrange pick-up or delivery of your gown

3. The remaining payments are automatically taken monthly as we create your gown (4 or 6 months, depending on the gown purchased)
4. When your final payment has been received, our team will be in touch to arrange pick-up or delivery of your gown
Your subsequent instalments will come out of your provided account monthly thereafter for the duration of your payment plan.
When your payment plan has been finalized, you will receive an email detailing your instalments and we will contact you to arrange collection or delivery of your gown.
Base payment plans are set 4 or 6 months. If you need extra payments we may be able to customize a payment plan for you. contact us at contact@urbbridal.com or schedule a consultation online here.
You can add to your URB Pay order anytime, please reach out to our customer care team to help you with this at contact@urbbridal.com
If for any reason whatsoever we are unable to successfully process any of your payments including due to there being insufficient funds in your account, card cancellation or card expiry, you will have a further 48 hours to pay. If you fail to pay within 48 hours of the due date, we will charge you a 10% default fee on the defaulted amount.

our gown and any additional items will only be shipped when your full balance is paid on your URB Pay account.
There is no interest due, but a flat 10% fee is added to all payment plans.
If you need your order in a hurry, a rush fee can be applied to your gown from the product page when adding your gown to your cart.
You will still be eligible to use URB Pay but only the 2 or 3 month payment plan will be available to you.
Unfortunately no. Your gown will require the specified production time before it will be available to you. Please check the production time of your gown when you place your order.
